1.this is on how to remove your write protected USB pen drive (but this only for transcend)
2.the only thing you have to do is to download the RECOVERy tool from the link i have given

save to ur computer
now the process are as follows

1. Connect your JetFlash USB to Computer with internet Connection
2. Select the capacity of your USB Drive.
3. The tool checks your USB and connects to the internet.If you had selected a wrong capacity in the previous step,then you will get an error here.
4. Choose “Repair drive & erase all data” and click on Start.The other option “repair drive & keep existing data” does not fix all problems.
5. Your USB drive will be formatted.This formatting is different from the Format option available in Windows as this tool uses the Alcor Mass Production Tool to format your USB Drive.In this process the Alcor Chip in your USB Drive is reconfigured.This process may take some time.
6. When the format is complete, please press “Exit,” then unplug the your USB Drive and plug it back in to your computer.

Note:This tool creates a Temporary folder at %temp%RarSFX0OnLineRecovery.Here you can find the tools that were actually used to format and repair your USB Drive.

this is another method for doing the job ONLY the LAST step VARIES

		1. Please insert your JetFlash into a PC with Internet connection and run OnLineRecovery.exe
		2. Choose "Repair drive & keep existing data" and press "START."
		3. When the repair is complete, please click EXIT and unplug the JetFlash from your computer.
		4. If the steps above do not resolve your problem, please choose "Repair drive & erase all data" and press "START."
		5. All information stored on the JetFlash will be deleted. Press "START" to confirm and begin formatting the drive.
		6. When the format is complete, please press "Exit," then unplug the JetFlash and plug it back in to your computer.
		7. If the format fails, a failure message will be shown.
		8. If a "Please enter product S/N" message appears, please enter the 10-digitl serial number printed on your product (Ex: 2377340001).
		9. After entering the S/N, the total capacity and P/N of your JetFlash will be displayed. Press "OK" to begin the format process.
