A))  Download the Software "Internet Downloading Manager" from the link provided below :

                           #1)  After Clicking on the link above the folowing Page Will Open :

#2)  After Clicking The Button Shown in The Image Above :

#3) The Download Will Get Started

#4) Open the File With WinZip and Click on Extract Button

 #5) Select The Destination Folder as Shown

#6) Open The Extracted Folder

#7) Open "idm.exe"

#8) In the "Internet Downloading Manager" Interface in the Menu Bar 

Select Downloads - Click on Options ( see the pic):

#9) In The Options Dialogue Box;  In The Box Mentioned Below Type "SWF" 

Without using Quotes as Shown in the pic:

Click On "OK" after changes are made.

#10) If You Follow The Above Steps Properly then you will notice a Icon in your 

Start Menu ( see the pic below )

#11) Open Meritnation Page on which  the is placed which video you want to download.

    As you open the page you will see many boxes. Its depends on the number of 

videos in that page.For Eg:-  If 2 Videos are there, then you will see 2 boxes
